The goal of short-term or long-term

I have a short term in my college life. In this four year. My Final target is to go graduate school in NCCU or NTU's Finance Department.

And what's my plan? First, I need to focus in my college study grades. Second,I will go to cram school to put my self into a "study limit". It's very hard to get inside NCCU or NTU. But like Angela Lee say's grit is more important than every things.
